Human resource management for universities is an HR management software tailored to the needs of higher educational institutions. The system provides means to describe the structure of the institution as well as personal and work-related details of the institution's personnel. The software automates several tasks related to HR management, in particular automatic computation of vacation dates based on corresponding legislative acts of RA, monitors contract termination dates and generates automatic notifications when necessary, creates various reports related to the institution's staff, etc.

The software was designed and developed in 2011 and has been in service at Armenian National Agrarian University since then.
