Local Tax and Land Leasing Contracts Management System is designed for automatic management of local taxes and business activity permits decreed and extended by the Council of Elders of the city of Yerevan.

The system, in particular, automates monitoring of the termination dates of permits, calculates different types of fines and penalties, as well as generates various types of reports. The system is in daily use at the Yerevan municipality and all its 12 administrative districts since 2009.

Land Leasing Contracts management system creates and manages a database of contracts of land leasing, manages payments associated with the contacts and monitors termination dates and any outstanding payments for these contracts. This subsystem was deployed in 2012 and has been in regular use since then.
