The system provides a unified solution for HR and accounting departments, automating various accounting duties based on HR management alone.
Within a given company, the system allows defining duties and permissions for each division and each member of staff. The system then can monitor progress on assigned tasks making this as an additional source of data which can be used for more efficient decision-making in the future.
The system consists of several subsystems. HR management subsystem encapsulates all standard tasks of the HR department, namely generating and recording of orders based on which the system automatically creates the time-sheet at the end of each month. The monthly time-sheet closes the working cycle of HR management for that month and signals the accounting department for salary calculation.
Next module of the system manages all types of payments (salary, bonus, etc) to employees, in particular recording, calculation, and payment organization routines.
Accounting module's operations are largely based on the HR department's data. The information communicated by the HR management system to the accounting subsystem becomes immutable and transforms into orders for digital pay-sheet. The flow of information from one module to another is organized with an eye on minimizing human intervention by so preserving the data integrity and reducing chances of errors to a minimum.
Warehouse is another module which uses data from HR management subsystem and handles the records of inflow and outflow of goods to a warehouse.
Capital Assets is another module of the system which is used for bookkeeping of the company's capital assets up to their exclusion from balance sheets.
The system has been in use at The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of RA (since 2015) and at State Social Security Service (since 2002 in its early versions).
