Digital Archive of Employment history books is a software system that creates and manages a digital archive of employment history books for citizens of the Republic of Armenia. The software was deployed in 2018 and is being used since then by State Social Security Service of Armenia and all its 51 regional divisions throughout the country.

The current database of digitized history books is periodically updated by data from The State Revenue Committee of the RA keeping the information about citizen's employment up-to-date. This digital archive of documents paves the way to use only electronic versions of employment data in Armenia and allows the return of the hard copies of employment books back to citizens.

Digital Archive of employment books can exchange data with Electronic Pension system by so freeing the citizens from providing additional documents about employment for state pensions.
